The word "WOMAN" to me is a strong and powerful term which echoes a ; grand-mother, mother , wife, sister, daughter, mother in-law, aunts, daughter in-law, lover and most importantly a giver of life!

It should be in us to honour and appreciate women every God given day and not wait for the 8th of March only. They need to be appreciated just for being able to carry you for 9 months , which is not an easy road as women go through a lot of body changes that no man can ever under and many sleepless nights at this particular stage. One may just see this as a lame excuse, but as individual you need to ask yourself that  with the options available for women not carry a baby yet here you are. Here is a brief answer of why she didn't abort you ; she is STRONG ,BOLD and an EPITOME of LOVE.

So cheers to the most powerful women out there; who are survivors of abuse from men, victims of male chauvinism in their work places, who are termed the weaker sex, who are under valued  and every women who beat against all odds to groom and help each other grow!!

A few months back my boyfriend broke up with me for reasons l ain't sure up till now but that's fine!! I was so pissed off that l wanted to revenge  for him  hurting me so much, but after crying l felt much better and my head was clear to see the positive of this break up.I wiped my tear and wore my classy_tude again and l looked into the mirror and l said to myself "adriel you beautiful,smart,worthy more, so never settle for less ,you GOLD but if people prefer silver its fine.."So basically my point here, is that instead of calling your ex nasty names why don't you just become the better man and walk away with confidence,your pride and dignity.As much as it hurts,try to be optimistic and just know there is better for you out there!Never be scared to love again 'cause not everyone is your ex..!In order, for you to make the best out of your next relationship;be sure to  look back in your previous one and look back on the flaws that were there,learn from them to avoid carrying the same garbage  to the following relationship.Just Give Love A Chance💗

WE ARE WHAT WE WEAR

 CLOTHING CHOICES AFFECT AND REFLECT YOUR  SELF_IMAGE

In this 21st century, we are living in many fashion trends and labels such as Gucci,Addidas,Nike,Fenty Puma......,have emerged and have attracted the attention of both young and old. This is a very good thing but,its important to note that when we put on these pieces of clothings we cannot avoid the fact that there is possibility that we may tend to adopt some the characteristics associated with these very clothes unaware.For example, if am wearing a pair of skinnies,T-shirt and sneakers, l will be more relaxed and tomboyish; similarly if l'm in formal clothing my step and how l hold myself in public is altered.So sometimes we don't need to tell our story our clothes DO. This is simply because what we wear can affect and reflect our mood/attitude,confidence,moral values,religion/background and even one's character.

The truth of the matter is that many young ladies and men have lost themselves while chasing different fashion trends ,just to fit in in a certain crew or in pursuit of being labelled as "cool" and as having "swag".Although, both genders are victims of what they wear the most vulnerable are girls.A girl wearing  wearing a  mini- skirt and a crop can attract comments such as that "she's   prostitute/slut/whore,attention seeker.."Similarly ,to a girl wearing a long dress can be labelled as being a"church freak","miss Holy''.Even as l was  going through the internet, it is said nintey percent (90%) of ladies and teenage girls abandon their wardrobes to go and look for clothes they think boosts their confidence.

Nomatter, how many times you try to change your clothes if you don't have confidence from within you can't extract it from clothes you wear, but what you will gain from that is judgment upon yourself from people around you. What is is being confident?Different schools of thoughts have deduced that its having a positive mental attitude.As such l think we should be more vigilant when picking out what clothes we would like to wear.

P.S :There are 2 types of girls that can be summed up by judging from what we wear; tomboys,girly_girls/ladies.The beautiful thing about being both of the mentioned girls is that you enjoy the BEST of both worlds. My advice is that never change who you are because of critics just BE YOU.
